Phase 1 – Pre Construction

At Southeastern Construction the journey begins with locating the perfect lot for your dream home. Our team will walk the home sites with you and carefully consider variables from site clearing and conditions lying under the surface. Oftentimes, a lot that may be less expensive can be significantly more due to additional foundation costs caused by the topography and other environmental factors. By performing a lot analysis, we are usually able to save our clients thousands of dollars and help them find a home site that is well-matched to their home design and lifestyle. Next is the planning phase – Let the FUN begin! Once lot selection is complete, the plan design can begin where we will collaboratively work together to produce schematic drawings for a project quotation. We strive to work with all types of budgets and truly do our best to give you the most for your money. Once quotes are provided and agreed upon through a signed contract agreement, permits and architectural review board applications (if applicable) can begin. Once approvals are received construction can begin!

Phase 2 – Construction

Let’s go vertical! This phase of construction brings the most visual change – foundation, framing, rough-ins and finishes! Working with our trusted subcontractors & vendors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

Phase 3 – Post Construction

The last step in any build – this phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure client’s complete satisfaction.We also offer our client’s a one-year craftsmanship warranty, so we encourage open communication even after the keys are handed over!
